As a holder of an aeoniumsky NFT you have the rights to reproduce your NFT artwork for Personal Usage.
Personal Usage examples include: printing your NFT on a physical canvas, t-shirt, or puzzle and so on.
*aeoniumsky NFTS can only be re-sold for gain or profit as NFTs with legitimate policy IDs.
Commercial usage
The commercial rights remain property of aeoniumsky. You cannot sell or reproduce your NFT for profit in commercial projects in any manner. aeoniumsky denies the rights to reproduce any of the aeoniumsky *Brand Collateral for any purpose. Please get in contact for approval for usage.
*Brand Collateral: aeoniumsky logos & signature, aeoniumsky NFT rarity frames, NFT naming conventions & NFT Ticker (aeonium, aeoniumsky etc) and general Brand Assets recognisable as aeoniumsky.
Display rights
You have the rights to display your NFT in your home, place of business or alike.
Exhibitions, Galleries & Public Spaces
You are permitted to display your NFT in Exhibitions, Galleries & Public Spaces on the condition they are free to the public.
For commercial Exhibitions, Galleries or similar which charge commission for entry please get in contact for approval.
